Is shipping/packaging discreet?
Yes our shipping and packaging is always discreet.
Even the shipping label won't say Tmart anywhere. It will be just an address or it will say PMB 587.
How will my order appear on a card/bank statements?
000TM or SP 000TM will appear on statements. It will not say Tmart.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by USPS for most orders.
The price is based on weight of order and your location.
If you feel the shipping fee is too high let us know and we can see if we can bring down the costs using a different method.
How quickly do you process and ship your orders?
Depends on what you order.
In stock binders ship the same day or next business day.
Preorder/Backorder binders can be hard to estimate.
We want to make the best binders we can and respond quick to customer feedback on what needs to be changed. We are always open to suggestions on how to improve the binders and often have a lot of back and forth with changes suggested and producing and sending samples to our product testers. We want to be sure the final product we end up making a ton of is the best we can do. This makes the process take longer. Sending samples around and waiting for feedback. Then the production of a ton of them. But we believe it will be worth the wait. We will give you a refund if you donโt like your binder.
General merch should be processed in 1-3 business days and shipping will likely take no more more than 5 business days.
Realistic prosthetics are made custom for each order and may have longer processing times that reflect that.
How can I track my order?
You should get an email when your order is shipped.
If you have an account you should see your order status when you log in.

Include your order number in the email so we can find your order.
Please note it may take the tracking number 24-48 hours to update.
Do International orders have to pay custom fees or duties?
You might. That depends on where you are and what the policies are in your country. We have no control over these fees and they vary based on location. We are a US based company and do not add these fees or pay them. Customers are responsible for any fees their country charges.

Can binders be returned or exchanged?
Binders that are unworn and in like new condition can be returned. No rips or stains. Please only try on the binder with a clean body before applying deodorant and/or antiperspirant.

Can merch orders be returned/refunded?
We can only issue refunds for orders that have defects, such as misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment.
However, we can not provide refunds for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering the wrong size, style, quantity, or color.
Returns are not accepted as we print the exact number of garments based on the orders received, and we can not have any extra items.
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the checkout process to avoid any issues. We will also send you an email with details about your order immediately after it is placed. If there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us right away so we can try to make the necessary changes. While we will try to accommodate changes it may not be possible. We do our best to fulfill orders as fast as possible and can not edit or cancel after fulfillment has started.
Can merch orders be edited/canceled?
Generally no they can not be edited or canceled.

While we will try to accommodate changes it may not be possible. We do our best to fulfill orders as fast as possible and can not edit or cancel after fulfillment has started.

Axolom & US Orders
Our store offers a wide range of Axolom products with over 100 styles, 8 color options, and multiple customization choices like realistic painting, cut/uncut, and more. As a small business, stocking every variation at all times is simply not feasible.
To meet your preferences while keeping prices fair, weโve always relied on frequent small shipments from Axolom. These shipments were kept under the $800 โde minimisโ threshold, which allowed us to bring in goods without paying import duties.
The U.S. government has ended the de minimis rule for these imports.
This means:
We will face a tariff equivalent to 120+ percent of the value of the goods, or a fee of $100 per package. The fee increases to $200 in June.
We can no longer receive small tax free shipments from Axolom
We must now place larger, less frequent bulk orders to reduce customs delays.
This will increase the time between when your order is placed and when it is shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: These fees are from the US government not us.
We just have to collect them. We pay them on your behalf. This prevents you from having U.S. Customs and Border Protection bill you later to collect tariffs on goods made in China.
Axolom FAQ
Will it take longer to receive my order by ordering from Tmart?
Not necessarily. If you order from Axolom directly your single package will be stuck with millions of other packages in customs until it is processed and customs will contact you to pay the fees yourself. When you order from us we pay and handle this.
Will I have to pay an extra fee if I order an Axolom product?
When you order from us there will be no other fee later.
We are placing bulk orders and paying the fees. Your only charge will be for what you see at check out. The item, included tariff fee, and the USPS shipping fee at checkout.
We can not eliminate these fees they are mandatory by the US government.
How long will it take the bulk order clear customs?
Unfortunately the Trump administration has not done any planning or preparation for this. There is no system in place to process or collect this many packages and fees. No one knows what is going to happen and how long it will take.
How will bulk orders happen?

You choose your Axolom product โ color, size, etc.
[Step 2] We Batch Orders
We collect orders every to place a bulk order with Axolom. This reduces packages getting stuck at customs.
[Step 3] Axolom Ships to Us
Your item is made and shipped to our U.S. location with tariff already paid (average 7โ10 days).
[Step 4] We Pack & Ship to You
Once it arrives, we package it and ship it with USPS (2โ5 days).
[Final Step] You Receive Your Order!
Fully tracked delivery, no dealing with customs and fees yourself.
